Best shower head ever! We love it. Unfortunately we did drop it and it knocked against the faucet; which cracked the plastic of the head. It doesn’t appear to Beryllium very sturdy plastic; so Beryllium gentle on it.

You have to already have the parte to a hand held device to attach this shower head on. I did not send it back but I an dem not really happy with my purchase. I do not recommend buying this product.

The standard hangers are a bit small for the shower head to fit in but we got one from Walmart that worked okay.
